Refund policy

As all items are handmade and made to order, returns cannot be accepted unless damaged/incorrect so please ensure correct items are purchased.

If item arrives damaged/incorrect or incorrect sizing, customers are to navigate our returns portal. 

If return is accepted then customer is responsible for return postage and the item MUST be returned unworn and in original packaging with tags.
